Recreation Site Maintenance - Port Hardy and Broughton Archipelago

The Minsitry of Environment and Parks, Recreation Sites and Trails BC, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for recreation site maintenance services in the vicinity of Port Hardy (vehicle access) and the Broughton Archipelago (marine access) for the period April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with possible two additional years of renewal upon successful and satisfactory completion of the first year.

The work will involve recreation site and trail maintenance, cleaning of facilities, bi-weekly routine maintenance and repairs on recreation sites identified in Operational Services Contract RC262390003.

Sealed RFP’s will be accepted until 12:00p.m. (Pacific Time) March 10, 2025.  RFP’s will be opened in private at 1:00p.m. (Pacific Time) March 10, 2025. The bids will be publicly posted when the successful bidder is confirmed.

There will not be an information meeting held for this opportunity.
