REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW

The Department of Veterans Affairs requires the purchase and delivery of one (1) Lincoln Electric Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table and associated accessories for use by Engineering Service at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center.
This is a supply-only requirement.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Delivery Location: Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia
Delivery shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).
All freight, shipping, handling, and delivery charges shall be included in the quoted price.
WARRANTY
The contractor shall provide the manufacturer s standard commercial warranty.
Warranty documentation shall be provided at the time of delivery.
AUTHORIZED RESELLER REQUIREMENT

Offerors shall provide documentation demonstrating they are an authorized Lincoln Electric distributor, dealer, or reseller authorized to furnish the required equipment.
TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY

Technical acceptability will be determined through review of the offeror s quotation, product literature, and supporting documentation.
Offerors shall submit manufacturer product literature sufficient to verify compliance with all solicitation requirements.
