The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space:

The U.S. Government currently occupies Primary Care, Physical Therapy, Lab Services, Imaging Services, Eye Care, Cardiology, Pharmacy, and administration services and related space in a building under a lease in Appleton, WI. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 300 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be multi-floor with working elevators and ADA compliant. Interested offerors, (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit specific information concerning their properties, photos, general layout of the space offered, location of the space, and approximate price-per-square-foot by E-mail no later than 10:00AM (CST) on 11/7/2024 to the following:
