Project Scope:

• Replacement/refurbishment of key building systems including upgrades to accessible washrooms and overall accessibility to the building by widening of exterior entry doors, pathways & ramps;
• Interior architectural finishes including paint, flooring and lighting;
• Building envelope upgrades including roof, windows, site drainage & grading as well as related exterior concrete flatwork;
• And improvements to building HVAC & electrical systems.

All amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will be posted on GEM. To participate, suppliers must be registered in GEM’s electronic bidding platform.
