The Maryland Department of Labor (LABOR) is relocating from 1100 N. Eutaw Street, Baltimore, MD to 100 S. Charles Street in Baltimore, MD. Over the years, LABOR has accumulated a significant amount of paper records. Per the State of Maryland LABOR’s policies regarding the document retention, documents are to be kept for an applicable number of years, depending on the types of documents, before being disposed. As LABOR relocates, the documents within the agency must be safeguarded and archived in accordance with the State retention policies.
