Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Quotes for Velocity Systems SCARAB Tactical Entry Vests . Quotes are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd , no later than 2:30 pm on Friday, March 27, 2026 .

The Baltimore County Police Department (BCPD) Tactical Unit has purchased the Velocity Systems SCARAB Vest LE (SC10) and related accessories periodically in recent years. This solicitation will establish a multi-year Supplier Contract that will allow BCPD to procure these items on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term.

The current needs of BCPD will result in an initial order of 4 complete sets.
