ECSD is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Environmental Consultant Services firm(s) to enter into an agreement for the provision of environmental review, monitoring and hazardous materials abatement consulting for small projects. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Standing Offer Agreement (“SOA”).
