.1 Concrete curb and gutter as well as asphalt pavement installation.
.2 Site grading.
.3 Landscape repairs and improvements.
.4 Stormwater pond modifications
.5 Installation of an irrigation system.
.6 Installation of a sports court.
.7 Installation of paved walking paths.
.8 Construction of an Indigenous sweat lodge and fire pit.
.9 Construction of a smudging gazebo.
.10 Upgrades to the greenhouse/garden area.
