equipment, equipment operators, materials and manpower for maintaining water treatment systems, maintaining pipes and ditch systems, modification and removal of water treatment system, earth moving, grading, hauling, digging, and revegetation that will be needed on mining impacted land in the coal mining region in Western Maryland.
