Disposal of Sewage Sludge from Palmerton WWTP

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by the PennBid Program by the Borough of Palmerton up until 2:00 p.m. on March 2, 2026, for the Disposal of Sewage Sludge from the Palmerton Wastewater Treatment Plant, at which time they will be electronically opened and publicly displayed. Bid forms and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. Formal consideration for award will be at the March 12, 2026 Borough Council meeting held at 7:00pm at Borough Hall, 443 Delaware Ave. Palmerton, Pa 18071.
A Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Borough of Palmerton in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security.
The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
