1. This is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to submission deadline that are under RFPQ 24-069 Indian Residential School Memorial Design Competition

2. The City of Calgary invites shortlisted Consultants to provide design concepts for the Indian Residential School Memorial project

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Anticipated Project start date is June, 2025
