Description
High Voltage Vault Maintenance and Testing Services
The Vancouver School District is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform comprehensive electrical maintenance services. The scope includes testing, inspecting, and servicing high-voltage electrical components, including oil breakers, protective relays, load break switches, isolation switches, switchgear, grounding, and ventilation systems in vault rooms. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, providing all necessary equipment, and appointing a certified Site Supervisor (FSR A Class) to oversee operations.
Some Key responsibilities include:Coordinating with the Board’s Maintenance Electrical Supervisor. Conducting safety briefings and ensuring the safety of Board Electricians. Scheduling power outages with B.C. Hydro. Providing detailed reports, including test results, deficiencies, and recommended repairs
