This will include but not limited to clearing/grading, storm drainage installation, catch basin, yard inlet, wheel chair ramp, curb & gutter, asphalt placement, subgrade, etc.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
Mecklenburg County Storm Water Services will receive sealed bids for
SHERWOOD FOREST MINT HILL ETJ PROJECT until 10:00 AM, March 18,
2026. Bids will be opened in the Fourth Floor, LUE-Woods Conference Room
at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services office building located at
2145 Suttle Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28208. Bid, performance, and payment &
material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various
licensing boards will be observed. This project shall consist of furnishing all
labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary to support
the Sherwood Forest Mint Hill ETJ Project in Mecklenburg County, North
Carolina. This will include but not limited to clearing/grading, storm drainage
installation, catch basin, yard inlet, wheel chair ramp, curb & gutter, asphalt
placement, subgrade , etc.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 4, 2026, at 10:00
AM at 7024 Friar Tuck Lane Charlotte, NC 28227.
All questions must be submitted in writing to Tou Bong Vang by COB on
March 10, 2026.
Electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from Tou Bong Vang at
tou.vang@MeckNC.gov. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive
technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. This information will be made
