Playground Rubber Resurfacing

The Calgary Board of Education (CBE) is seeking a qualified Contractor to supply and install poured-in-place rubber playground safety surfacing at two (2) playground locations. The objectives of this project are to:
•        Replace existing playground surfacing with new poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing.
•        Achieve compliance with current CSA Z614 Children’s Playspaces and Equipment Standard.
•        Improve site accessibility requirements in accordance with applicable accessibility legislation.
•        Provide a durable, seamless, low-maintenance, and aesthetically pleasing safety surface.
•        Minimize disruptions to school operations, students, staff, and the surrounding public areas during construction activities.

-Euna Procurement’s (Bonfire’s) time clock shall be the only measure for the exact time of the Proposal submission receipt.
-Electronic Proposal submissions, inclusive of all required documents, shall be submitted.
-Electronic Proposal submission shall not provide references or electronic links to external/Cloud storage, and any such referenced information will not be considered as part of the Proposal Submission.
-Respondents may be required to enter compliancy/mandatory requirements and prices in a bid table/pricing sheet on the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) platform. Please allow sufficient time to complete your submission.
-Zipped or compressed files in any form will not be considered.
-The Owner will only accept and evaluate one Proposal Submission per Respondent.
