Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-131, bids will be received by the City of Asheville Capital

Management Department at Room 100, 70 Court Plaza, Asheville NC 28801, until February 16, 2026, 4:00pm,

for the project described as follows:

Description of Work:

Installation of six (6) roll up doors to secure the lower level of the Aston Park Tennis Center. The contractor will

furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the improvements to this City

facility. Work shall comply with all applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
