RFSO 26-2020 - Engineering, Assessment, and Cleaning of Complex Infrastructure

The City of Calgary is seeking up to six (6) qualified engineering and inspection service providers to provide critical water, sanitary and storm engineering consulting, and up to six (6) qualified firms to provide inspection and support services for high-risk and high-consequence infrastructure. A qualified firm may be awarded for one, two, or all categories.
Engineering firm or inspection service provider shall be selected under the following three (3) main scope categories:
A. Engineering

B. Inspection – Screening level

C. Inspection – Detailed level
Respondents may submit a Response for one, two, or all categories. The City intends to establish Consultant Lists under the following categories:
A. Engineering (A01)
B. Inspection – Screening Level (A02)
C. Inspection – Detailed Level (A03)

Instructions
- Response documents should be obtained from SAP Business Network.
- Responses are to be submitted via the SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com.
- Suppliers must register on the Ariba portal to submit a response.
- Hard copies will not be accepted.
- Failure to submit via SAP Business Network will result in a non-compliant response.

Questions must be submitted through Event Ariba message board.
