72_EGSC Fulford Ctr VAV & Control Upgrade Phase 2

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide services for the Fulford Center VAV's and Control's Upgrade Phase 2 to East Georgia State College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. This project is for upgrades in the Fulford Center Building as described in the bid specifications attached. This will be a single supplier award. This eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from suppliers for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined. The State Entity will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Room #112, Plant Operations Building, 131 College Circle, Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by 2:30PM, at the time legally prevailing in Swainsboro, Georgia on April 29th, 2025, for the construction of Project# 0070-2525, Fulford Ctr VAV's and Control's Upgrade Phase 2, East Georgia State College, Swainsboro, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced. There will be a pre-bid conference held on April 15th, 2025, at 2:30PM at the Plant Operations Building, 131 College Circle, Swainsboro, GA 30401. Attendance at this conference is MANDATORY for any Contractor intending to bid on this project. Others may attend if they so desire.
