Project Description: The Dallas Public Library is seeking a qualified supplier to provide real-time, on-demand, online tutoring, homework support, and adult education for a sixty (60) month service contract. The awarded supplier will provide tutoring and homework support for K-12 and adult learners as detailed in these specifications and attachments. This action does not encumber funds; the purpose of a service contract is to establish firm pricing for services, for a specific term, which are ordered on an as needed basis.
