Overview
Project Description:
Removal of a water tank roof surface coating, scarifying the surface to assure proper coating adhesion, followed by a 3-layer resurface coating with control joints. The work will also involve minor concrete surface repair during the
scarification step.
The anticipated Notice to Proceed for this project is scheduled between May and June
2026.
Engineer's Estimate: $545,233 (without tax)
