The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of a
new traffic signal at the intersection of Barron Road and Decatur Drive, including associated roadway, signal, electrical, and traffic control improvements.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at the City Hall Fiscal Services conference room #2, located on
the third floor at 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, April 16th, 2026. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended.
Bid documents are available for download from the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace. Complete sets
of bid documents must be used in preparing bids. Questions and inquiries about this bid should
be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available online via the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace
(“Bidding Portal”). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is Thursday,
April 23rd, 2026 @ 5:00 PM. CT.
