The Project Work has a total estimated maximum construction cost of $1,412,195.

A Pre-Bid Information Session and Site Walk will be held day, June 2, 2026, at 09:00AM at 25 DeCicco Drive, Leominster, MA, 01453; meet at the flagpole outside the existing Fall Brook Elementary School main entrance.
Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws (Ter. Ed.), Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended, and all applicable statutes.
Minimum wage rates have been established for the project by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as set forth in the Bid Documents in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Sections 26–27D.
The Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) has set the following minority-owned (MBE), women-owned (WBE), and veteran-owned/service-disabled veteran-owned (VBE/SDVOBE) business participation goals for the project:

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts sets workforce participation goals for minorities and women in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Sections 44A(2)(G). The workforce participation goals are 15.3% for minority workers and 6.9% for women workers.
