RFP #1190841 - Transportation Management Consulting Services

It is the intent of this RFP for the County to contract with a qualified and experienced transportation management consulting firm to conduct, on the basis of fixed hourly rates, a variety of planning, analysis, engineering design, system integration, software maintenance/development and related services, to supplement in-house staff for enhancement and integration of some or all of these
functions.

The Contractor must provide all services as directed in writing by the County's Contract Administrator. The County makes no guarantee that all or any of the services will be utilized. Comprehensive services
which the Contractor agrees to provide to the County on an as needed basis include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Intelligent Transportation Systems Engineering
2. Program/Project Management Services
3. Software planning, design, development and deployment
4. Software maintenance
5. Consulting services to support the deployment of the County's ATMS
6. Management, expiration tracking and payment of software licenses or maintenance agreements for existing and future ATMS software needs as specified by the County
7. Management of hardware and software maintenance licenses and support of the computer equipment and networks that comprise the ATMS.
