This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number RFQ2026AK47BLANK.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2026-01, dated 03/13/2026 and Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO).

This action is issued as a Small Business Set Aside, NAICS Code 332992, and small business size standard of 1,300 employees.

SCHEDULE OF PRICES:

CLIN* 0001 Ammunition, 7.62x39mm AK47 Blank Fire, 10,000 rounds – list per case price assuming 500 rounds per case

CLIN 0002 Shipping. Provide total shipping and include estimated delivery from date of award anticipated to be on or about June 10, 2026. Ship to information: 2400 Glynco Parkway Brunswick GA 31524.

In response to this combined notice, vendors will be required to submit the following information on company letterhead or business stationary directly to the Contracting Officer by the date and time established for receipt of bid:

1. Subject line to include the RFQ Number RFQ2026AK47BLANK- mandatory

2. Schedule of Pricing broken out in accordance with Schedule of Prices listed above. - mandatory

3. Estimated delivery schedule - mandatory

4. Brochure/picture/description of product being quoted – mandatory

5. Place if Product Manufacturing - mandatory

6. Contractor SAM UEI - mandatory

7. Evidence of active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) [www.sam.gov]

Any items identified above as mandatory and not provided will render the quote nonresponsive.

The following FAR clauses are applicable:

1. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Deviation 2026) applies to this acquisition. Descriptive literature is required in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause. A single award will be made.

2. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Deviation 2026) applies to this acquisition. Evaluation factors: The Government intends to make a single award on an all-or-none basis. Quotations will be evaluated and award will be based on the price, product offered, delivery schedule and overall best value to the Government. Ensure descriptive literature is provided with quote. The Government will make award to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to this solicitation and is most advantageous. The proposed price must include all associated charges, fees and delivery cost (F.O.B. Destination).

3. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Deviation 2026) applies to this acquisition. There are no addenda to this clause.

Vendors interested must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov.

Ensure submission is received prior to closing date and time established for receipt of quotes.

Delivery is F.O.B Destination. Any quote submitted on a basis other than f.o.b. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive. Delivery information will be on the award document.
