Pre-bid is located on the combined Hauser and KR Williams construction site at: Winston-Salem State University 1475 Cromartie Street Winston-Salem NC 27101. The Construction Manager can provide additional details such as parking and construction site access requirements. Please note this is an active construction site. Last day for questions is 06/05/26 at 4 pm to Kim Neese of the CM at kim.neese@christmanco.com
