Forsyth County is looking for licensed, qualified contractor to help perform all aspects of HVAC/Refrigeration work including but not limited to, chiller service, compressor change outs, rooftop units, walk-in coolers, and troubleshooting HVAC-R equipment, etc.

Qualifications:
In order to be considered for award, the Contractor must meet the following mandatory minimum qualifications:
1)
Contractor must be licensed in all aspects of HVAC to do business in North Carolina (registered with NC Secretary of State).
2)
Vendor must have at least one staff member who maintains specific training on industrial and/or commercial type chiller equipment, who will be available to service Forsyth County's equipment. As a part of the bid response, the vendor supply documentation of the staff member's training and certifications relating to industrial and/or commercial type chiller equipment.
2) Contractor and technician completing the work must have a minimum of 10 years in Commercial, Industrial HVAC business.
3) Contractor must provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract.
4) Contractor must have a physical location within 30 miles of 201 N. Chestnut St, Winston-Salem, NC. (Note) Must be able to respond to emergencies with in 1 hour.
5) Contractor must provide proof of meeting the County’s minimum insurance requirements
