Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Renewing of a Cisco SMARTnet subscription for a Cisco Network 9410/9407 core a catalyst

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Presidio Government Solutions, 12100 Sunset Hills RD STE 300A, Reston , VA 20190-3295 for the renewing of the CISCO SMARTnet subscription for the Cisco Network 9410/9407 core catalyst.

The Period of Performance will be from November 15, 2024 to November 14, 2025

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Presidio Government Solutions in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Presidio Government Solutions may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on Tuesday, November12, 2024.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
