Project Description: The RFP intends to establish a Company to provide on-call preventative maintenance and repair services to city-owned gates. The Company must provide all materials, labor, equipment, and staff supervision for gate services to perform periodic maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a time-and-materials basis.
