The City of Davenport is accepting bids for Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) from an HMA supplier whose equipment has been calibrated according to Iowa D.O.T specifications. This contract will be valid until November 30, 2025 or until the supplier has produced and the City has picked up the tonnage required to complete its paving projects during the construction season. It is expected that the contract will require approximately five thousand (5,000) tons. Pricing submitted in the bid shall remain in effect through the contract term. The specifications contained herein are minimum requirements for this contract; the City of Davenport reserves the right to accept the bid(s) best suited to its needs.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
