Lac La Biche County (the ‘County’) is currently using Serenic Software (formerly Bellamy Software) provided by Sylogist for its payroll processing needs. As this system is nearing its end-of-life, the County is seeking a comprehensive solution to streamline its payroll operations. This may include either a full payroll outsourcing service or a robust payroll software solution. The County is open to both options and invites proposals from qualified vendors.
