Description
Bidders eligible to submit bids for this project have been selected through a Request for Contractor Prequalification process which closed October 22, 2024. This Tender is by invitation only to pre-qualified Bidders. The following Bidders are invited to bid:

Delnor Construction Ltd.
Jen-Col Construction
PCL Construction
Scott Builders Inc.
This project will include the construction of a new, 1465m2, single storey, two apparatus bay fire hall in the Industrial Business Park at 3492 63rd Avenue, Leduc, Alberta. The project will also include a delegated design scope for the design, supply, and installation of a live fire training facility constructed separately on the site.
