Neffs Valley Park Improvements Phase 1 Project

Project Description: North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for a project known as the Neffs Valley Park Improvements Phase 1. This work will include the installation of a parking lot, access drive, bituminous walking path, and associated erosion control features. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM (prevailing time) at the North Whitehall Township Building, 3256 Levans Road, Coplay, PA 18037. Bids will be received until 9:00 AM (prevailing time) on Monday, April 27, 2026. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after Owner’s bid evaluation and review.

Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the North Whitehall Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids.
