Description/Background:
The City of Chino Hills is requesting proposals from qualified real estate brokerage professionals or firms. The City seeks the services of a California-licensed real estate professional or brokerage firm to represent and assist the City in the sale of exempt-surplus land for the City. The sale of City-owned property must comply with California Government Code Sections 25520-25539.10 and 54220-54232.
