The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) seeks a full-service marketing agency that can provide the services needed to help NAIT in its domestic student recruitment efforts. NAIT is searching for an innovative, bold & results producing partner to work with our inhouse marketing, communication and creative team as we work to increase our pipeline of qualified applicants.

The expectation of the chosen Consultant is to work collaboratively with NAIT, specifically, the areas responsible for enrollment and marketing to create innovative enrollment tactics, communication plans for all specified audiences and a marketing strategy that aligns with current and future program offerings.

The Consultant will serve as a non-exclusive, full-service marketing consultant, strategic communications advisor and advertising agency to work in conjunction with the NAIT recruitment working group to develop a comprehensive domestic student recruitment strategy.

This initiative is being coordinated by the Office of External Relations within NAIT. For the purpose of this project, the Office of External Relations has set up a Recruitment Marketing working group consisting of key members of our Marketing, Communications teams, digital and creative teams, including a project manager.
