Description

The goal of this RFSQ is to attain a short list of vendors to support the various web marketing analytics needs of the campus. We are seeking proposals for social media management platforms to support the coordination of publishing, monitoring, social listening, benchmarking, messaging, analyzing and reporting different social media channels of the University of Ottawa (the main central uOttawa channels) and the ones under the umbrella of the University of Ottawa (the uOttawa faculties, offices, groups, services or schools). The management platform will support our centralized-decentralized communications approach.
