This Request for Pre-Qualifications (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, to prospective Vendors to qualify for eligibility for Provision of Well Drilling as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B).
