IDEC is seeking a Sole Source contract to transition maintenance and operation of a digital Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) application from Code for America (CfA) to the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT). This includes operational costs and maintenance of the application until contractors are hired and onboarded by DoIT using the Technology Operations Professional Services (TOPS) contract. Once contractors are secured and have been onboarded, CfA will start the transition which includes assisting DoIT with establishing a DoIT environment for maintenance and operation of the digital application, and training and knowledge transfer to TOPS contractors to ensure transfer of the knowledge and information necessary to maintain and operate the application independently moving forward. Term of contract 7/1/25 or last dated signature of the Parties - 6/30/26.
