The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:
Clean out and plug eight (8) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1,200 to 1,600 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at: Otto Township VFD Station 9 118 R L Sweitzer Drive Duke Center, PA 16729 41.939576, -78.475261. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
