Beginning Monday, March 16, 2026, Drawings and Specifications will be available in electronic format to prospective bidders from PennBid (www.Pennbid.net). All bids must be submitted utilizing the PennBid Program. All bids are due by 2:00 pm on Monday, April 13, 2026 to the PennBid system.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in person at Hemlock Farms, in the lobby of the clubhouse, @ 98 Basswood Drive, Lords Valley, PA 18428 on Tuesday, March 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
One bid shall be submitted and uploaded. All bids submitted must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount in the form of a certified check or bank cashier’s check made payable to HEMLOCK FARMS. or a bid bond with approved security.
PLEASE NOTE: HEMLOCK FARMS IS A GATED COMMUNITY. PLEASE USE THE OPUBLIC SAFETY GATE. THEREFORE, ALL BIDDERS MUST CONTACT JOHN WORMUTH, ASSISTANT COMMUNITY DIRECTOR AT 570-775-4283 X-126 AT LEAST ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND THE BID DUE DATE TO ARRANGE FOR ACCESS.

A Performance Bond guaranteeing that the work will be completed with sufficient surety equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required. a Payment Bond guaranteeing that all the work and material will be paid for, with sufficient security equal to one hundred percent (100 %) of the contract amount, will be required. The contracts will be awarded in (1) ONE prime contract; Site Work, General Construction including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler construction.
HEMLOCK FARMS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
