Project Description: This project includes interior modifications required for accessibility compliance. It is a multi-prime project consisting of General construction, Mechanical/Plumbing and Electrical contracts. Contractors must bid on all three facilities. Bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. The Ordinance and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package.
