Notice is given that on Thursday January 8, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and

publicly open separate sealed bids for Overhaul Base Mechanical Upgrades, Project Number 64101,

Contract Number 25P324.

The work of this project includes installation of a new make-up air unit with associated duct work,

equipment motor upgrades, air damper upgrades, and improvements / modifications to existing Building

Automation System (BAS).

Overhaul Base garage, address is 515 N. Cleveland Ave St. Paul, MN 55101. Vendors should meet at

the front door of the facility.
