Summary Details
Project Description: Cottonwoods(CTW) Long-Term Care Facility is home to 221 LTC residents; the majority of whom are in multi-resident rooms, grouped into units of 32-60 occupants. CTW is facing critical challenges including inadequate physical space and related issues that affect resident and client comfort, visitor access, staff safety, and infection prevention and control (IPAC) measures. Specifically, the 1975 building has a deteriorating sanitary system that cannot be repaired without major impact to current residents and operations.
The Construction Budget is estimated at $150,000,000.00 (Order of Magnitude).
