The Land Conservation service area of the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Department (Department) is interested in implementing a piece of a larger land-use plan to construct a pavilion with amenities located at the Sauk County Farm. Construction will include engineering as noted within the RFB. The County would also like to have the option to add-on additional amenities including installation of ADA accessible grills and parking space construction.

Bids must be received, and date stamped as received no later than 3:00 PM, Central Time, August 29th, 2025. Faxed and emailed bids are not acceptable. Bids or amendments received by Sauk County after 3:00 PM Central Time, on Friday, August 29, 2025, regardless of postmark, shall not be considered. All Bidders must complete, sign, and return Part 3 of this RFB with their Bid.
