Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one or more qualified Contractors to perform mowing, trimming, and trash pickup of Municipal Service Taxing Units (MSTUs) and Municipal Service Benefit Units (MSBUs). This is a full-service landscape solicitation based on a fixed per cycle cost. The fixed cost shall cover all expenses incurred by the Contractor for providing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools and materials (including but not limited to plant removal and installation, landfill fees associated with debris removal, etc.) to perform comprehensive landscape maintenance as specified herein.
