Project Description: Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness (Metro) seeks to contract with a qualified organization to provide comprehensive behavioral health and maternal health support services for program participants. The selected Contractor shall deliver evidence-based behavioral health interventions and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) services designed to improve participant well-being, increase access to care, strengthen engagement in Healthy Start services, and promote positive maternal and child health outcomes.
