Limestone, ME – Loring Development Authority Phase 5-10 Sewer Improvements

The Phase 5-7 base project includes replacement of approximately 670 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 3,700 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer, 2,600 linear feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer, and associated sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances. There are also three additive bid alternates: Bid Alternate A (Phase 8) involves the replacement of approximately 2,100 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer and associated sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances. Bid Alternate B (Phase 9) involves the replacement of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer and approximately 3,000 linear feet of 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer and associated sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances. Bid Alternate C (Phase 10) involves the replacement of approximately 2,700 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer and associated sanitary sewer manholes and appurtenances.
