Remote Sensing Post-Construction Asset Data Collection

Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for a responder that will verify, add, and conflate asset records contained within several asset databases to what is found on MnDOT roadways annually in project locations provided by MnDOT. MnDOT has several enterprise asset management systems and other databases that are used to manage asset data. For example, Transportation Asset Management System (TAMS) is a MnDOT configured Agile Assets www.agileassets.com system that houses a large majority of State ancillary asset classes. Bridge inventory and inspection data is managed in Structure Information Management System (SIMS), a MnDOT configured Bentley system. Planning level roadway characteristics data is largely contained within MnDOT, configured ESRI Roads and Highways. Data will be collected annually across multiple project locations for one asset, to a maximum number of 19 asset classes, depending on the type of project.
