The government intends to award this requirement as a Sole Source contract in accordance with RFO 12.102(a) and RFO 6.103-1. If any vendor is able to satisfy this requirement, they must submit the address of the intended parking location to verify it meets the 1/8 mile distance requirement from the Veach-Baley Federal Complex, as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). They must also provide additional information describing how they can meet all needs as outlined in the attached PWS in a capabilities package for the government to evaluate.
The purpose of this requirement is to provide 60 parking space in a parking area or garage to be used by Squadron members (USAF active-duty military and USAF civil servants). The location should be within 1/8-mile line of sight/walking distance to the Squadron’s duty location: the Veach-Baley Federal Complex located in downtown Asheville, NC.
