Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Testing
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, the City of Gloucester seeks proposals, RFP #27045, for Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Testing services from a qualified contractor to implement the receiving water, biological and toxic control monitoring as mandated in the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit. The RFP package will be available on Mon., Aug. 10, 2026 at bidnet direct. Proposals must be received and will be opened electronically on Mon., Aug. 31, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
