CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
See attached (ad hoc) solicitation document for contract document sample. If selected, bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award).

Note: Complete the Cost Summary section, at the bottom of page 4, of the attached Scope of Work (SOW).

EVALUATION
A PDF Quote must be attached to bid. Bid pricing must be valid for 60-90 days. Failure to bid all items and provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive. All costs must be included in bid pricing on OhioBuys item grid. The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified.
All inquiries must be submitted through the OhioBuys Inquiry Field*. Please quote on state contract if available.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A Mandatory Site Visit is required to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The Mandatory Site Visit will be held the week of Tuesday June 9 - Friday June 12, 2026, from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the Cuyahoga Falls Driver's Exam (DX) Building, 650 Graham Rd Ste 100A, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Please check in at the front entrance desk. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to their arriving after the site visit has been convened. Bidders who fail to attend the Mandatory Site Visit and print their name on the sign-in sheet will be deemed not responsive.

CONTRACT AWARD
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive quote as a result of this solicitation.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
The resulting award will be a one year contract for state fiscal year 2027 (7/1/2026 – June 30, 2027).
