Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the purchase of Sandbags used for flood control for all eligible users within the State of Utah.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is based on passing a technical score threshold and a total score threshold.
Length of Contract: Five (5) Years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 Year and must guarantee any discount percentage for the life of the contract.
